More contemporary singles...super rich detail, separation, and very dynamic. SUCH a fun collection...had zero issues...flat, quiet, and centered.

The Greatest Hits version is live, which is fine, but I wanted the original. In any event, this version sounds utterly perfect. Whole album is excellent, and this pressing, DSD or not, sounds insanely great.

The vinyl is quiet and well pressed by Chris Bellman. The sound is as good as can be expected based on the conditions under which the recording was made.

Instead they removed the 2 songs that Dweezil played on that night (Whipping Post & Stairway) and added the same 2 songs from alternate locations all because of this family feud. It's a dam shame and I'm sure if Frank had a say he would not approve. This is why only 4 stars and not 5. I know this recording inside and out and it smokes.

Its very much like watching a cooking show to see how all the ingredients are put together. A must have for die hard Beatles fan.

Also, it's missing the tracks "Road Runner" and "Sticks and Stones", which is a bummer considering the box set is claiming to be the "complete" collection.

The only pressing I've heard that was as good as these is ORG's 45 RPM remaster of Blood Sweat & Tears from 2013. Now the first 4 albums get the same treatment and are presented here with uncompromising sound. If you are a fan in search of the best sounding versions of these albums, the 45 RPM version of Bloodlines is the ticket.

The only one that comes even close to this album in this box set is the Super Disc. Analogue Productions has done it again. All 4 albums sound great, are flat and have minimal surface noise! A must have for BS&T fans!

These guys have been peaking since Californication-the album is recorded in analogue very well. Frischante tears it up with great sounds from his equipment, Flea still the master of funk and harmony-one of the most brilliant bassists out there, and Anthony still in top form. The words are good. It is a great pop album- a little lengthy- it can be too much to listen to all of it at once. Sounds way better than the cd! The weaker songs are well into the material and all of it will grow on you with multiple listenings.
