A Classic Favorite Back in the Collection! posted on 08/19/2026 4 Stars Reviewer: Larry H. I bought "Low Budget" shortly after high school graduation and loved it! Vinyl was not as well cared for in those days, so I jumped at the chance to add a good copy back to my collection. The overall quality of this release is very good. 180g completely flat vinyl, quiet playback with no noise anywhere and a nice job recreating a quality jacket. The only constructive criticism I have to offer (and the reason for only "4" stars) is the sound stage requires much higher volume than usually required on my system. I have a Rega P3 table with an Elys 2 cartridge played through a Cambridge Audio SR20 receiver and Wharfedale tower speakers. (Just as a reference). Overall, I'm pleased but feel stronger dynamics would have made this release even better.
