WAR — Live In Japan 1974 2LP
After touring across the United States and Europe for much of 1974, in support of their newly released album Deliver The Word, WAR decided to take their laidback West Coast sound to Japan — bookending their epic tour run with dates across Shizuoka, Tokyo, Osaka and Kobe.
The result is a staggering collection of recently discovered live recordings from those concerts, available for the first time on vinyl and CD. Live In Japan 1974 includes free-wheeling performances of WAR classics such as "The Cisco Kid," "The World Is A Ghetto," "Gypsy Man" and more, all beautifully packaged with rare photos from the trip.
