With surviving Small Faces member Kenney Jones' full involvement, swinging London's much-loved mod quartet have their classic Immediate Records albums newly mastered to vinyl by long-term Small Faces remastering engineer Nick Robbins with lacquers cut at half-speed by Barry Grint, senior mastering engineer at Air Studios.

Immediate Records label manager and Small Faces reissue producer Rob Caiger has continued his 20-year quest with Jones to recover missing tapes to ensure the best possible sources are used for the new editions while also upgrading LP packaging.

Small Faces (1967); There Are But Four Small Faces (1968); Ogdens' Nut Gone Flake (1968) and Greatest Hits will be relaunched with Immediate Records catalog numbers. The Autumn Stone will appear later in 2023 on multiple formats, including a deluxe boxset. LPs are pressed on 180-gram black vinyl + limited edition color vinyl with original LP artwork faithfully reproduced plus full color inner sleeves on reverse-board card, all housed in a protective PVC wallet. Every LP will come with a Small Faces/Immediate Records/Air Studios collectors obi-strip customized for each LP edition.

Small Faces was the band's debut album for Andrew Loog Oldham's Immediate Records and was originally released in June 1967. Recorded at IBC and Olympic Studios in London with Glyn Johns, this connoisseurs' favorite saw the group expand their sonic playground from pop and R&B to include acid-inspired psychedelia ("Green Circles"), music hall ("All Our Yesterdays"), waltz-time folk-rock ("Become Like You") to quintessential Small Faces pop at its most taut and swinging ("Get Yourself Together") Paul Weller's all-time favorite Small Faces song.

The new edition is a lavish recreation of the original Immediate mono LP, adding an illustrated inner sleeve featuring sleeve notes, archive interviews with Steve Marriott and Ronnie Lane plus new and revealing interviews with Ian McLagan (shortly before he died) and Kenney Jones, photos, full band credits and recording details.
