If you are a Holly Cole fan this should be in your collection. Excellent recording and mastering. Very good, quiet pressing.

Excellent sounding album. Drums and bass sound incredible and the vinyl is completely flat and dead silent. Couldn’t ask for better.

I ordered recently when this title went on sale and I’m glad I did! This is a very fine reissue. Sound quality is wonderful, but the pressing is even more so - absolutely silent throughout. Jacket is a beauty too. I can retire my original copy.

I was surprised to learn how great some of these old tapes sound. Better than I remember them being. This album is a pleasant surprise. God Bless Analogue P., and all their cool associates.

Having been derpived of my only copy of this album I'm glad to have this one as the replacement. The sound is first rate. This one is a keeper. In fact, I was going to suggest to Chad he use this album for his first UHQR. Wouldn't that be something?

Just listened to this Acoustic Sounds release. Flawless, clean and vivid, every note, every breath! The jacket, the pressing, the quality - all excellent. Highly recommended.

I was delighted last year to read that this was being pressed, and then came the agonising wait for shipping. Worth waiting for, was it ever. I have the original but the clarity particularly, and warmth of this release captures the group at its magnificent best. Worth 10 stars if I could. QRP just keep delivering.

If you're buying this record then you might be replacing your Lost Highways pressing so you're familiar with how beautiful the music is on this album. That's the case me. What I wasn't prepared for was the night and day difference between the two in terms of sound quality. Every album that I've bought that has been pressed at QRP in Salina has been excellent but I think this Doug Sax mastered album is their gold medal winning masterpiece so far. I was simply blown away from the opening notes on side one to the closing notes on the last song on side two.
