This title is from an overage run that Classic Records manufactured in 2006 when they released their Road Case box set. Classic intentionally made extra copies of the records from that set so that they would be able to furnish replacements for defective copies without having to replace the entire 44 single-sided 45-RPM LP box set. There were only around 700 of the Road Case box sets made; these sets are extremely rare and these overage pressings even more so.
