The 50th Anniversary Edition of Yes founder Chris Squire's 1975 solo album Fish Out Of Water comes as a two-disc, CD and Blu-ray set. Released in the summer, this Esoteric Recordings reissue features brand-new Dolby Atmos, 5.1 Surround Sound, and Stereo mixes by Stephen W Tayler.

Recorded in the late spring and summer of 1975 while Yes was on hiatus (as members recorded their respective solo albums), Fish Out Of Water was essentially a collaboration between Chris Squire and his friend Andrew Pryce Jackman, an arranger who had been a member of The Syn, Squire's band prior to the formation of Yes.

The album features contributions from former Yes drummer Bill Bruford, Yes keyboard player Patrick Moraz and noted musicians Mel Collins and Jimmy Hastings. The album was a Top 30 chart hit in the U.K. and also made the Top 75 in the US, going on to sell nearly 500,000 copies worldwide.

For this 50th anniversary CD+blu-ray set, engineer Stephen W Tayler has created new Dolby Atmos, 5.1 Surround Sound and Stereo mixes. The Blu-ray Disc also includes the Fish Out Of Water promotional film featuring ‘Hold Out Your Hand' and ‘You By My Side' and an album audio commentary from Chris Squire himself, recorded in 2006.
