The Pretty Reckless have announced their new album Dear God with the thrashy lead single "When I Wake Up."

The New York band, led by Taylor Momsen, on their fifth studio album, again provides the captivating vocals and high-powered musical prowess fans have loved for more than a decade. In an emotional message to a higher power Dear God delivers raw candor and fearlessness. From the sinister "For I Am Death" to the vulnerable yet hopeful "When I Wake Up" listeners are sure to go on a rollercoaster of emotions.

Speaking about the new single, Momsen has said: "‘When I Wake Up' is the story of a dream becoming a nightmare. When a life of excess leads you on a rollercoaster that is doomed to crash but you just can't see it. It's a good time..."

The band have also announced details of an extensive tour that will take in North America, Europe and the U.K. throughout the second half of 2026.
