Grammy-winners Tedeschi Trucks Band, led by wife-husband duo Susan Tedeschi and Derek Trucks, have announced their new album, Future Soul, out March 20, 2026 via Fantasy Records. The band will be supporting it with a U.S. tour featuring dates with Alabama Shakes, Jason Isbell and the 400 Unit, and Sheryl Crow.

Co-produced by Tedeschi Trucks Band and Mike Elizondo (Twenty One Pilots, Eminem, Dr. Dre), Future Soul was recorded at their own Swamp Raga Recording in Jacksonville, Florida, and at Phantom Studios in Gallatin, Tennessee. The majority of the songwriting was done by Trucks, Tedeschi, Mattison, Gabe Dixon, and Tyler Greenwell, with the album's sound influenced by funk, rock ‘n' roll, blues, soul, and punk.

Future Soul pushes the band's sound forward while staying firmly rooted in the soul, blues, and rock that define them. Produced by the genre-fluid Mike Elizondo (21 Pilots, Turnstile), the album finds the 12-piece ensemble leaning into deeper grooves, bolder dynamics, and richer textures. The title track charges ahead with a
muscular riff and blistering vocals, while "I Got You" confirms its status as a live-born fan favorite. "Crazy Cryin'" blends gospel-tinged emotion with blues grit, and "Who Am I" offers a reflective turn, balancing Susan Tedeschi's soulful voice with Derek Trucks' lyrical guitar. Lyrically focused on identity, resilience, and hope, Future Soul feels both renewed and resolute — a confident evolution from one of America's most powerful bands.
