Roger Morris - First Album

Originally released in 1972 on Regal Zonophone, Morris' First Album touches down in an important British roots revival scene that later gave rise to the pub rock genre of the late '70s. An interesting and gifted performer, Morris takes American country and roots and uses it to create a more specific British mix of folk-rock and traditional music, in the style of The Band, one of Morris' indisputable influences. This reissue features four bonus tracks from the CD version that have never previously been released on LP and extensive liner notes.
