Piatigorsky, a frequent partner of Heifetz, was one of the greatest cellists of the 20^th century. His passionate Living Stereo recording of Dvorak’s masterpiece is paired with the Walton, the first recording of a modern masterwork which he premiered, and which the composer dedicated to him.

These are original two-track and three-track recordings. In multichannel SACD, the music will be heard only from the front left and right channels (in the case of two-track) and from the front left, center and right channels (in the case of three-track).
