Stefan Lindgren - Hugo Alfven: Complete Piano Music

In 1992 Opus 3 recorded Stefan Lindgrens' debut album, and also his second album in 1993.
Both are discontinued since many years, but of course available as MasterCopies!

For more than 13 years, he was the orchestral pianist of the Royal Stockholm Philharmonic Orchestra.

On this album, which is quite unique, he plays ALL the piano pieces that the Swedish composer Hugo Alfvén ever composed!

In many of these pieces you can hear that Hugo Alfvén was very much inspired by the Swedish folk-music.
