Galactic is the renowned genre-bending New Orleans band, releasing its 10th studio LP Already Ready Already out February 8, 2019, on Tchoup-Zilla Records. The new album features guest appearances from Princess Shaw, Miss Charm Taylor, David Shaw, Nahko, Erica Falls, and BOYFRIEND. Already Ready Already follows the group's 2015 release Into the Deep, which saw them profiled by NPR's "Weekend Edition" as they celebrated their incredible two-decade career, and lead The New York Times to highlight their bonafides, writing that "Galactic has spent the last 20 years strengthening its claim as a defining New Orleans funk band."

For more than 20 years, Ben Ellman, Robert Mercurio, Stanton Moore, Jeff Raines, and Rich Vogel have been exploring the seemingly limitless musical possibilities born out of their work together as Galactic. Throughout those years, the seminal New Orleans band has consistently pushed artistic boundaries on the road and in the studio, approaching their music with open ears and drawing inspiration as much from the sounds bubbling up from their city's streets as they do from each other.
