Following on from the Eagles — The Studio Albums 1972-1979 vinyl box set released last October, the six albums are now being released individually. Each LP is pressed on 180-gram vinyl and replicates the original album packaging (which means that Eagles is reissued as the band originally intended, with no glue flaps, so the cover folds out into a poster — and Hotel California includes a replica of the poster from the original issue with band photos by Norman Seeff in full color).

Excellent recording and pressing. The vinyl is flat and very quiet, no noise, clicks or pops. The music is very dynamic and engaging and I cannot imagine it sounding any better than this. If you're an Eagles fan I highly recommend that you pick this one up. Definitely a Five Star effort!

Love the songs, not impressed with the pressing.

The vinyl was noisy, the mix was on the harsh side and there was nothing that left me wowed by this 180G version. I give it a 3 just for the songs, but it is not one I will demo to friends.
