AN EXCELLENT BARGAIN

I own a VPI Superscoutmaster Reference ( Rim Drive+Aluminium Platter with Continuum Copperhead Tone Arm and a Well Tempered Amadeus. Both these tables have Benz LPS carts. I also own a Clearaudio Concept MC. While the latter does not perform at the level of either of the VPI or Well Tempered, it is nevertheless, an outstanding deck and deserves its universal acclaim. The Clearaudio Concept MC is neutral, gets everything right, is well detailed, dynamic and musical. I have played enormously complex choral and orchestral works through it and all those complexities were discharged with consummate ease. Similarly, it has the rhythm and pace required in other musical genres. The bottom line is that this is a thoroughly enjoyable and very good piece of kit. It partners well with Clearaudio's Basic Plus Phono Stage with Accu + power supply.
