50th Anniversary Edition 180-gram vinyl reissue!

Featuring Steven Wilson stereo remix!

The early Jethro Tull released their first Blues-oriented album, This Was, in the latter part of 1968 before moving on to more home-grown and eclectic efforts in 1969 with Stand Up and a flurry of single releases, including Living In The Past, in the U.K. market. Benefit, Aqualung, and Thick As A Brick followed and the band's success grew internationally.

The 1968 debut studio album has been remixed by Steven Wilson for this 50th Anniversary Edition LP release. This was the only album by Jethro Tull to feature Mick Abrahams on guitar who was a major influence for the sound and music style of the group's earliest songs.
