Bjork — Cornucopia: Live

Live album capturing Björk's groundbreaking concert recorded in Lisbon

Following the global cinematic release of Björk: Cornucopia, the visionary live concert experience is now set for its first-ever physical release in multiple formats, including 3LP. The highly anticipated concert recorded live in Lisbon, captures the celebrated artist's groundbreaking tour that mesmerised audiences worldwide for five years.

This unique cinematic experience immerses viewers in Björk's spectacular stage production, featuring a setlist spanning her iconic early works to the visionary Utopia (2017) and Fossora (2023).

The production showcases bespoke instruments, including a magnetic harp, a circular flute, an aluphone, and a reverb chamber, and Björk is furthermore joined on stage by musical director and multi-instrumentalist Bergur Þórisson, percussionist Manu Delago, flute septet Viibra, harpist Katie Buckley and the Hamrahlid choir.

Talking about the film Björk said: "I am so thrilled to share the film for my concert Cornucopia with you. This has been a long journey with hundreds of people helping. I am so beyond enormously grateful to every single one of them. I feel the modern concert film is a matriarchally friendly construct, welcomed in the current climate-where female musicians can share their worlds uncorrupted."

Directed by Ísold Uggadóttir, Cornucopia is Björk's most ambitious live production to date — a powerful fusion of nature, technology, and sound. The film features creative direction, musical arrangements, production, and performance by Björk, showcasing her singular vision throughout.

Visual co-creative direction is led by James Merry, with additional contributions from a stellar lineup of artists: Andrew Thomas Huang, Gabríela Friðriksdóttir, Pierre-Alain Giraud, Nick Knight, Tobias Gremmler, and Warren Du Preez & Nick Thornton-Jones. Their boundary-pushing visuals merge seamlessly with Björk's avant-garde sonic landscapes.

The production also features the talents of producers Sara Nassim and Kat Mansoor, with Bergur Þórisson serving as musical director and re-recording mixer. Artur Tort provides the film's stunning cinematography, while editing comes from Walter Mauriot.
