Posted Thursday, June 2, 2011 by john hudson Frankly, I'm surprised that Pure Pleasure would take the effort to produce a great Lp with this material on it. There is really no point in listening to or buying this on vinyl. I don't know how old this recording is, the description says rerecorded with latest technology, but gives no dates. That description did give me hope, but the sound is brite, thin, grainy and full of weird reverb that really makes this unlistenable. I hate to give a bad review, but I'm afraid this one deserves it. Have not compared with CD. I don't see how a CD could sound worse.
