Label: New West Records

Great Record

5 Stars
Posted Saturday, June 17, 2023 by Anonymous What a surprise. I wasn't familiar with this band but I'm really liking this LP. Very approachable alt folk rock, and every song is a keeper.. Vinyl was flat and pop free, too.

Terrible

Posted Monday, April 8, 2013 by TJN You only need three words to describe the sound on this LP; compression, compression and more compression.

Delbert McClinton - Live Product No: AWST 5015
Available: InStock
Category: 180 Gram Vinyl Record
Label: New West Records

Great album

5 Stars
Posted Tuesday, October 16, 2012 by Rick I've been a Delbert fan for years and seen him numerous times. His voice is getting a little weathered but still one of the most soulful around. The band is incredibly tight and the performances are white hot. This was done as a radio broadcast in Norway, I think. Recording is not "audiophile" but more than good enough to serve the great music.

John Hiatt - Jeans And Mudslide Hymns Product No: AWST 50361

Drive-By Truckers - Decoration Day Product No: AWST 5006

Category: 180 Gram Vinyl Record
Label: New West Records

Holy Moley what a great treatment of the album

4 Stars
Posted Saturday, November 21, 2009 by Anonymous The New West Vinyl issue of Decoration Day is brilliant.

Another fantastic example of why vinyl smokes CD, bass is deeper, guitars sing with harmonic distortion and the cymbals ring and decay.

Who said rock music doesn't deserve an audiophile treatment?
