Released for the first time on 12-inch vinyl, Richard Hickox and the London Symphony Orchestra perform on this classic recording of Vaughan Williams's A London Symphony, the only one available of the symphony in its original 1913 version. Also featured is The Banks of Green Willow by George Butterworth, to whom A London Symphony was dedicated.
