Led Zeppelin - Coda

Sorry, this item does not qualify for any discounts.

A collection assembled after John Bonham’s death, Coda includes the ringing folk stomp of “Poor Tom,” the jacked-up ‘50s rock & roll of “Ozone Baby” and their response to punk rock, the savage “Wearing and Tearing.” There is some stellar playing, especially on the early blues-rock blitzkrieg “I Can’t Quit You Baby” and “We’re Gonna Groove.” This authentic Classic reissue rounds out the complete Led Zeppelin catalog, all available on 200-gram Quiex SV-P vinyl and having been cut from the original two-track masters on an “all tube” cutting system at Bernie Grundman Mastering.

Side One
1. We're Gonna Groove
2. Poor Tom
3. I Can't Quit You Baby
4. Walter's Walk

Side Two
1. Ozone Baby
2. Darlene
3. Bonzo's Montreaux
4. Wearing And Tearing

The band were not known for b-sides and leftover tracks from their various sessions. Inevitably, there were a few. This is a good collection of such songs, with the unfortunate non inclusion of Hey Hey, What Can I do, with superb release quality from Classic. As the songs are from different sessions, it is not a record i would find myself listening to quite often.

hey, hey what can I do...
