The legendary live concert collaboration between Deep Purple and The Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, now in 5.1 surround. "Deep Purple Takes The Royal Albert Hall By Storm" was the headline in Britain's Daily Express after this 1969 concert. The concert commenced with the three movements from Royal Philharmonic conductor Malcolm Arnold's 6th Symphony followed by three tracks from Deep Purple. The orchestra and rock group then encored with "Concerto For Group And Orchestra," a piece of music composed and scored by Jon Lord with lyrics by Ian Gillan - the two principle songwriters of Deep Purple
