This pressing, like all of the original Parlophone Radiohead pressings, absolutely destroys the CD version. The dynamics, soundstaging, and textures are eerily lifelike, for example the reverb on Yorke's voice in "Sail to the Moon" and the Ondes Martenot in "Where I End And You Begin". Get the 45 RPM pressing while you still can, it sounds absolutely incredible. Very quiet vinyl, too.

I've read somewhere that the recent Capitol reissues are sourced from the CD's. The pressings might be dead quiet, but you're not getting anywhere near the resolution and clarity of the original vinyl masterings. These are already out of print, grab them before the prices shoot through the roof!
