Dali's car is the musical pairing of Bauhaus vocalist Peter Murphy and Japan bassist Mick Karn shortly after the pair left their former bands. The Waking Hour is a hypnotic mingling between Karn's dark musical soundscapes and Murphy's powerful baritone vocals.
