This is simply a great lp. I read somewhere where this is not really a Jeff Beck album, so I put off buying it for a while. Wrong! It is every bit a JB lp and shows his great versatility and ability to fit into other genres of music, while retaining his signature sound. It renewed my respect and admiration. The recording is impeccable and all of the band members are super, especially Imelda May, and the singing of the rhythm guitarist. I saw JB 6 times during his career, beginning in 1973 with BBA and lastly in 2018. The record is simply a fun listen, and likely enjoyed by folks other than guitarist. Some of his favorite instrumentals from the early influences are on here and they are sweet. You can tell this band was having a blast. The smile on his face on the cover says it all!

Fantasic !

I listened to the blueray version in 2 channel mode on a Marantz AV 5004 & Marantz BD 5004 (matching BD player) through 2 PSB Image T6's. Sony Bravia TV. Sound quality is unbelievable Video quality Likewise. Content(you have to like early rock guitar as this is a tribute to the grandfather of electric guitar invention.) Film editing in this video is as good as it gets. Eagle Rock is the best at refraining from the horribly flippy crap that sends you into epileptic seisures. The camera stays on Jeff's hands long enough for you to see the smoke rising off the strings. (expression)
