One of Diana Krall's most sought-after albums. The first-ever live concert recording from Grammy-winning vocalist/pianist, Krall was recorded at the Paris Olympia Theater. Here finally, captured in amazing audio quality, is an album showcasing the magic of Krall's concert performances. Krall and her band perform some of the tunes from Krall's studio recordings, such as "East of the Sun (West of the Moon)" and "Devil May Care."

They are joined by special guests John Pisano (acoustic guitar) and Paulinho DaCosta (percussion) for several tracks, including the Gershwins' "S'wonderful." The Orchestre Symphonique Europeen, conducted by Alan Broadbent with special guest conductor Claus Ogerman, is featured on the upbeat "Let's Fall in Love" and a haunting interpretation of "I've Got You Under My Skin." Mastered by Bernie Grundman from the original master tapes and pressed at RTI.

1. I Love Being Here With You
2. Let's Fall In Love
3. 'Deed I Do
4. The Look Of Love
5. East of the Sun (and West of the Moon)
6. I've Got You Under My Skin
7. Devil May Care
8. Maybe You'll Be There
9. 'S Wonderful
10. Fly Me to the Moon
11. A Case of You
12. Just the Way You Are

The analogue mastering really shines through. I've been listen to this album for a long time on tidal with an mqa DAC but the vinyl is dramatically superior in every aspect.

Absolutely a wonderful release. I picked this up in July of 2022 and experienced none of the negatives mentioned in other reviews.

If you are looking into this version, you have likely heard these tracks on other media. On 45rpm vinyl - it is just sublime. I cannot recommend it enough.

Got a copy, first minute of the first rack skips on MC. A loud pop on MM. Replaced first disc and still same problem with other skips. Might be a pressing defect.

Not sure how my pressing got by QA--literally a piece of vinyl the size of a cookie crumb came off when I pulled out the record. For this price, I expected more. After I cleaned it, I could still see the damage and it pops about a dozen times until it's over. For as bad as it looks, perhaps the 45RPM helps me ignore it. I dont think it's worth the hassle of sending back, but it's also not worth a 5. :(

Wonderful recording. One of my favorite albums.... period. Vocals and accompaniment are fantastic. The blu ray video is just amazing as well.

Try as I may I just have to go along with the chorus of praises for this edition of the album. I cannot find one thing wrong with this record.

But I must say the $54.95 price is a bit outrageous!

Well worth the time spent waiting

Sometime before this 45 rpm edition, ORG issued this album in a 33 rpm 2 l.p. edition as they did with some of Diana's other titles. I happened to miss this one as it sold out by the time I got around to wanting to buy it so I was disappointed. A short time later they brought it back as this 45 rpm edition & I was glad I missed the 33 rpm edition. This recording sounds amazing at 45 rpm, & the pressing is flawless. Thumbs up to ORG recordings for bringing this wonderful album back as a 45 rpm edition.

I bought this album while in Germany, unheard so took a chance. In spite of paying a lot of money for "Audiophile" recordings, this one takes the cake. I enjoy the music, the band and singer are well matched, instead of hearing single instruments the whole thing comes through well blended and satisfying. This is perhaps the best recording I own. Makes your hi-fi sound impressive. I endorse this one fully.

Wow!

ORG have really improved their pressing quality over the last few years . This album , pressed at RTI , is dead flat and no pops or annoying tics. The sound is spectacular in every way . So far Im more impressed by what's coming out of RTI than that from pallas.
