This super-deluxe, limited edition Jimi Hendrix Fan Pack features an exclusive collection of Hendrix memorabilia bundled together in a special offering that includes a CD copy of Dagger Records' The Jimi Hendrix Experience: Live 1968 Paris/Ottawa and a unique, multi-color swirl LP pressing of the Jimi Hendrix Experience's October 9, 1967 performance at L'Olympia Theatre in Paris, France. This recording was originally released as part of Dagger's sixth CD release Paris 1967/San Francisco 1968 in 2003.

The Jimi Hendrix Experience: Live 1968 Paris/Ottawa features sterling live performances of such Hendrix classics as "Purple Haze," "The Wind Cries Mary" and "Little Wing" recorded by the national French broadcasting company. The January 29, 1968 Paris concert was the band's third foray to the fabled L'Olympia Theater where they had debuted as an opening act for the French pop star Johnny Hallyday two ears earlier. The Ottawa performances were taped by Hendrix himself during the group's appearance at the Capitol Theater on March 19 of that same year and includes a version of the Beatles' "Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Heart's Club Band."

The LP from Paris 1967 includes all seven songs from the original concert including "Stone Free," "Hey Joe," "Fire," "Rock Me Baby," "Red House," "Purple Haze" and "Wild Thing."
