Morbid and uplifting as Cash lifts his voice and emotions like weights to be moved one final time. Something with a unique mood to be held and played whenever the need for re-acquaintance with that mood overtakes you. For me invaluable and authentic. ( did not feel that way about Ray Charles duets recording just before his death, which seemed a little forced and gratuitous, but also enjoyable)
