good effort

Reviewer: aging rocker
Amazingly the vinyl has lower background noise than my CD version. It is a good effort but may fall a little short of greatness. The CD version has better defined and punchier base important for some of the songs on this album. Though the vinyl has better dynamic range it seems to lack the openness, sound staging superiority and soul of great vinyl pressings. I love this album and am still keeping an eye out for a pristine original.
