Boz Scaggs, the legendary blues, rock and pop superstar delivered this fine album for Atlantic Records in 1969. This self-produced masterpiece was recorded at the Muscle Shoals Sound studios and features the late great Duane Allman on guitar. Features his smash blues belter "Loan Me A Dime" and eight other great tracks. Half-speed mastered using the original 1969 session tapes by Joe Reagoso.

Outstanding sonics posted on 05/21/2012 3 Stars Full of detail and nuance, the mastering and sonics are wonderful. Not the best pressing, though, as Loan Me a Dime has some annoying random "skritches". Don't feel like getting stuck with return shipping so I guess I'll live with it. Still, I expect better. So, a 5 for the sound and a 1 for the pressing.
