Recorded in 1966 at a Toronto studio as part of the CBC-TV "Festival" series, Masters of the Blues finally surfaced 30 years later. Included here are rare performances by Mable Hillary during her only television appearance and the Muddy Waters Band that included harmonica giant James Cotton. Hosted by Canadian blues guitar virtuoso Colin James, this tape contains some of the best blues performances ever filmed.
