Led Zeppelin's landmark concert film – originally released in '76 and capturing highlights from the band's three-night stand at Madison Square Garden in 1973 – is remastered and expanded with six additional historic song performances on a deluxe four-LP reissue featuring liner notes by Cameron Crowe! The release is part of a global Led Zeppelin event preceded by Mothership, the band's first-ever comprehensive collection and culminating with the band's performance at a benefit tribute concert for the late Atlantic Records founder Ahmet Ertegun. This updated soundtrack includes six songs that were not on the original release: "Black Dog," "Over The Hills And Far Away," "Misty Mountain Hop," "Since I've Been Loving You," "The Ocean" and "Heartbreaker."

Amazing sound!! I mean WOW!!!! I can't believe the difference between this release and the original. Night and Day….All the details you can hear now, and the fullness of every track is nothing short of astonishing. I'm jaw dropped… and I never heard Jimmy's guitar sound so damn great on any release… What a brilliant remastering job! THANK YOU LED ZEPPELIN FOR ALL THE INSPIRATIONS OVER ALL THESE YEARS! THE BEST EVER!!!!!!!!

I think they did well with this release and I wish they would have not split Dazed and Confused into two LP's and that is why I also kept my older version.

We want more live Zeppelin recorded/pressed in this quality. The live DVD-A sounded terrible(sound quality) and the DVD video also had some great stuff- but DVD video sounds terrible always. We know there is more in the vaults. The studio albums are great, but this was a live band- hear the magic! Since I've Been Loving You and No Quarter- Jimi Page is one of the best.

I remember Zeppelin when I saw them live in 1977 with front row center seats- -not that anyone was actually sitting. This is very fine pressing and sounds live on my system. This is every bit as good as the real thing and better than the original from the 70's--I know because I bought it when I was in 10th grade.

Excellent stuff.

If you have the gear it sounds like a live concert...
