I would have been happy if all it did was got rid of the pesty static (which it does) but the quiet spots are now extremely quiet and everything sounds more like live music. I broke out Chet Atkins 'Stay Tuned' and gave it a spin best it's ever sounded. highly recommended.

I used this to replace the metal platter that came with my pro-ject debut III. It really does improve clarity and bass!
