I took great care with the mounting. First, I attached a three-foot, hard wood board that I could attach to the studs. The board was leveled.

I then attached the platform by making the top of the mounting plate square with the top of board.

Surprise, surprise... the Shelf Wall Platform is not constructed accurately... or ... square.

I had to remount it to make the platform level. Now when you look at it... it appears to be slanted on the wall.

I'm going to buy another brand as soon as I can find one the is well constructed.

This is an easy to install Turntable shelf bracket/shelf. Mounting hardware is included in the package, however there are no instructions. You can get an idea what it looks like by visiting the Target web site.

The turntable is mounted solidly to the wall thus isolating it from vibrations. I can literally jump up and down next to the turntable without any noticable vibration being transfered to the platter.
