Folk-Pop, Jazz-Blues, Scat-Vocals and just a hint of avant garde: Sara K., the singer-songwriter based in Santa Fe, New Mexico (originally from Dallas, Texas), has never paid much attention to musical "borders." With her excitingly expressive voice and four-string guitar, she occupies a niche that is no less unique than the stories she sings. Sara has lived these stories, is right in the middle of them and relates them from the heart - warm, personal and moving.

With this personal stamp, her musical and vocal versatility and the incredible warmth and clarity of her songs, Sara has created a fan-base in Germany that extends far beyond the border of the guitar genre. Her desire for perfection, both in the studio and on stage, has also enabled her to sing and play her way into the hearts of the hi-fidelity gourmets.

An absolutely exquisite recording. Vocals like you've never heard before and a bottom end to die for.All from an amazingly talented artist. MFSL has a worthy competitor. I was so impressed ,I bought a second copy. Truly audiophile quality!

This album was recommended by numerous members of an audiophile forum and for good reason. The quality of the recording is top notch and the music is not only pleasing but quickly became one of my favorite recordings. I liked it so much that I bought another copy just to make sure I have a backup in case something happens to the first one.

It was recorded direct to master and the care in the recording and pressing show. It has a dead quiet floor and then the music simply appears out of nowhere to entice and transport the listener to a place where music reigns supereme. The quality of the record is so outstanding that a lot of people who own it use as a test record for new audiophile equipment.

The music itself is described by some as folk jazz, but I just call it music. It is poignant, personal, melodic will almost certainly stand the test of time. I have a number of albums that I don't listen to anymore because I have tired of them, but not this one. It's a keeper.

I have a good amount of audiophile level pressings, including 45s and japs and this is my best sounding LP. Amazing pressing. Great music. Buy it before you cant.
