I for one am pleased with this record. It seems pretty obvious that the source is digital, which makes sense as I can't see them shipping the analogue tapes to Japan, but the sound still beats the heck out of the CD (at least on my system). It could be a disappointment for those expecting big, dynamic, analogue sound, but I think this one is worth buying. Of course, the pressing and packaging our superb.
